My name is Alyssa McGinn + The Tech Stack Review is my brain child and fun side hobby or hustle. It feels like both to me!

This blog was birthed (after having 2 kids this takes on a new meaning...) out of working in data analytics where we would engage with various different types of companies. Part of our process was to discover what "tech stack" they were using so we could connect to the right platforms for the purposes of data visualization and reporting. I always found this part of the process so fascinating. But...we were working with VC firms and middle market companies and it almost seemed like "tech stacks" were only for bigger or more developed companies but that didn't make sense to me. With the explosive growth of the creator economy as well as the myriad of different forms of coaches and consultants why wasn't there resources around selecting and implementing platforms and tools for them? 

Often I found myself researching new platforms and planning new ways to automate processes. I seriously love it. There are so many platforms on the market for entrepreneurs and solopreneurs... so where could one go to see what would fit their business and how it would integrate with other tools they already have? Nothing as comprehensive as I would like. So I began creating it!

My vision is that this could eventually be the go to place for content creators, solopreneurs and entrepreneurs to put together a tech stack or refine what they already have.
